Melinda believes that children should have the right to an early education from caring and professional teachers whose individual pedagogical styles are fostered and encouraged so they provide a developmentally challenging emergent curriculum for each and every child within our care.

It is of high importance to be consistent in maintaining a safe and secure environment that aims to equality, where children learn to obtain a genuine respect and care of themselves and each other regardless of family background, cultural beliefs, appearance or disabilities. A place where children are free to confidentially express themselves and explore their emerging interests, talents, likes and dislikes.

It is very important for all staff to work as a team and in partnership with parents and families, creating strong relationships to bring about a positive, happy and secure environment that follows the centers individual philosophy, policies and procedures.
